Almost a decade ago, after laying the foundation of a strong logo, Builders Alliance came back to us, asking for more. They needed a comprehensive business transformation exercise to grow faster. Together, we went through an intensive process of Brand Audit, Brand Strategy and Brand Activation. We involved everybody, from upper management to employees on the ground. The project outcomes include a digital prototype and a versatile pitching platform for new prospective business. The project culminated in a visually refined Builders Alliance brand, with a clear roadmap for business expansion.
