Providend is a wealth management advisory serving High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI). To understand the clients better, we examined both internal and external perspectives. During COVID-19 lockdown, we adapted our workshops and conducted customized online surveys by using Providend Value Score (PVS) metric. We analyzed the data, developed a brand language, and created a customer profile to improve marketing efforts. We also streamlined processes and redesigned sales funnels while integrating with Salesforce and also providing skills transfer training. Branding is more than just aesthetics; it can transform a business with tangible outcomes.
