The PIC scheme is administered by Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).

From 1st August 2016, cash payout will be reduced to 40% of project sum.
The PIC scheme will lapse after YA 2018. This means that to be entitled to 40% cash payout, all projects must be completed and invoiced by 31st December 2017.
